Travel information

Hassle-free arrival by car: Ticino is a 2 and a half – 3 hours drive from the Zurich Airport, via the Gotthard Tunnel, and 1 and a half hours from Milan. Arrival by train: citybus every 30 minutes from the railwaystation Locarno with Bus n. 32 and n. 24. You can also use our shuttle service: Fr. 10.– each way.

Area information

Sport facilities: heated swimming pool, tennis-table, "boccia", garden chess, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, fitness room, bicycles and mountain bikes. Guided walking-tours as well as bicycles-tours (with a minimum of 6 peoble according to our special program).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
