Area information

Brig, 2220 feet above sea-level junction of international routes at the foot of the Simplon, is a popular excursion centre for the Upper-Valais including Aletsch-Region. Railway stations of the Furka-Oberalp, Brig-Visp-Zermatt, and the Glaciers-Express, also terminus station of the Bern Loetschberg-Simplon railway. Starting point of alpine-buses over the Simplon to Domodossola and Borromeo isles, and of course Saas-Fee.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 5 per night per person for cots.  All children from 4 to 12 years are charged CHF 31 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 42 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
