Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later, the first two nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.25 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 14 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
