Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 5.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 13 years are charged CHF 60 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
