Engelberg is situated in the heart of Switzerland and is easy to reach by train and by car. Per Train: International connections deliver you to Zürich or Luzern. You can take the Luzern-Stans-Engelberg Train to Engelberg. The journey from Luzern to Engelberg lasts 1 hour. (35 km) per Car: Motorway A2 (Basel-Gotthard) Take exit Stans-Süd.Take the main road which serves the whole year to Engelber. From Stams you will need approximately 20 Min. ro reach Engelberg.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 3.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
