Travel information

From the North Germany/Basel along the highway A2 in direction Lucerne - through the Seelisberg-Tunnel (10 km) - one kilometer afther the tunnel exit Altdorf/Flüelen/Zürich From the south : from Italy/Locarno/Lugano through or across the St. Gotthard- after the stage Gotthard use the next exit Altdorf/Flüelen/Zürich From both sides : after the exit, right at the circleway take the 3rd exit. 500 m stright along the road, after the church turn right and after 150 m you are in front of the Hotel Sternen. IMPORTANT: Evne though the highway A2 is closed at the moment, it is possible for hotel guests to reach the hotel (please show your reservation or on the way back your invoice and you will be allowed to pass)

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
