This Unireso ticket allows you to use public transport in Geneva free of charge for a period of 80 minutes. Upon arrival the hotel Epsom will give you the Geneva Transport Card that allows you to use public transport in Geneva free of charge during your stay.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CHF 30 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
