Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 28 per person per night.  Continental breakfast costs CHF 22 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 60 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
