Travel information

There is a train from Cointrin Airport to Cornavin Train Station every 20 minutes. The ride takes 5 minutes. The station is 700 metres away from the hotel. Alternatively, take bus no.10 to the train station and walk, or change into bus no. 1 and get off at "Monthoux".

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 4.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CHF 37 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 48 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 110 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
