Cable cars, trains, shops and the sport centre are within a few steps walking distance. Travel information Accessibility by car National motorways lead from Basel, Geneva or Zurich via Berne to Spiez. From here Grindelwald can be reached in about 45 minutes on very good roads. Accessibility by rail There are daily direct ICE-, Eurocity-, Intercity-, CISALPINO- and TGV-trains from various European cities to Interlaken. From here, there are direct rail connections to Grindelwald. The total travelling time Interlaken - Grindelwald is 35 minutes.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board is not included and costs CHF 35.00 per person. Half board costs CHF 20.00 per child under 12 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds. All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
