Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 17 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 48 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 12 years are charged CHF 24 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 17 years are charged CHF 36 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
