by car: From the airport take the highway A3 to Chur exit Rüschlikon/Thalwil then following the signs "Hotel Belvoir". by public transport: From Zurich airport take the train service S2 to Zurich Main Station ("Zürich HB"). From Zurich main station take the train service S8 direction "Pfäffikon SZ". Get off at "Rüschlikon" and take the bus route 165, direction "Rüschlikon, Moosstrasse". Get off at "Rüschlikon, Belvoir". (journey time from the airport/main station: 49/26 minutes, service interval: every 30 minutes).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 13 to 16 years are charged CHF 60 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
