By Car: - Exit Motorway A9 Sierre West or East in the direction of the City. - Head right, towards the Cable car Sierre-Crans-Montana. By Public Transport: Railway station Sierre CFF is within walking distance (2 minutes). Turn left when leaving the railway station.

In the summer period a hiking is just one active that can be enjoyed. River-rafting on the Rhone river can be organized. In winter the famous ski slopes will provide you unforgettable moments. Sierre is also a ice-hockey town and ice-hockey matches for the Swiss championship are organised. In Leukerbad the thermal water is famous all year round.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 35 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
