Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20 per night per person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged CHF 35 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
