Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged CHF 15 per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 16 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15 per night per person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
