The Roggerli is located 10 kilometres from the centre of Lucerne, and is an ideal starting point for excursions to the mountains, on the lake and to many other places of interest in Central Switzerland and throughout the country. If you are just passing through, the hotel is close to the motorway A2 from Germany to Italy, yet enjoys a quiet and relaxing setting. We offer plenty of parking facilities for motorists. Our restaurant and terrace invite you to try local Swiss cuisine as well as fish and vegetarian dishes.

By Car: A 2 from Germany - Basel - Luzern : Exit HERGISWIL, then follwow the yellow hotel signs. A2 from Italy - Gotthard - Stans : Exit HERGISWIL, then turn right to the lake, turn left and follow the lakeside road for about 1.2. km, turn left at the yellow hotel sign, keep following the signs By Public Transport: From Luzern station take a train with direction to Engelberg or Interlaken, stop HERGISWIL, a 12-minute-ride, call us for luggage pick up in advance or call a taxi at the train station, walking distance station-hotel is about 10 minutes

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
