Travel information

From the airport: Between 05:00 and 23:00 our free hotel shuttle takes you to the airport and the hotel and back again. This shuttle leaves every 30 minutes from terminals 1 and 2 on arrival and takes approximately 5 minutes. By train: You can chose to take the train to Flughafen Zürich-Kloten and then our free shuttle or you can take the S7 from Zurich in the direction of Kloten. This journey takes 15 minutes. From there you can reach the hotel after 100 metres by foot. The train to Zurich and back leaves every 30 minutes. A train ticket is also valid for trams and buses in Zurich. By car: - Travelling via the motorway in the direction of Zurich-Flughafen take exit Klosten/Glattbrugg before the airport. - At the end of this exit take a right towards Kloten. - Upon arrival in Kloten take a right at the cinema 'Claudia'. - After 150 metres you will see the hotel on your left-hand side. - Free parking spaces are available in front of the hotel.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 18 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
