Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 15 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 7.50 per night per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15 per night for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 25 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
