Travel information

The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the airport Zürich-Airport and 3 minutes to walk from the railway station of Kloten. There is a free shuttle bus from and to the airport from 05:00 am to 11:30 pm Should you arrive by car, there is free parking in our garage. The train Nr. S7 runs every half an hour to Zürich and the train ride takes 15 minutes.(CHF 10.80 round trip valid 24 hours)

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 15 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 15 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
