Travel information

By train - change train in Aigle's station and get on to the blue train (ASD). Trip takes 50 minutes in a typical train By car - Exit speedway at Aigle and follow Col du Pillon. - Trip of 25 minutes. - During the winter period, it is necessary to have specific material.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged CHF 20 per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged CHF 30 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
