Cascada Swiss Quality Hotel

The Cascada Swiss Quality hotel is centrally located by the Lucerne train station, a few minutes' walk from Lake Lucerne and the old town, and offers free internet access. All rooms have individually controllable air-conditioning and a mural of a Swiss waterfall. The rooms facing the inner courtyard are especially quiet, whereas the rooms on the upper floors facing the Bundesplatz boast superb views of the Swiss mountains. The Bolero restaurant serves Spanish and Mexican specialities, like Paellas, Fajitas and Tapas in a Mediterranean ambience. A wide variety of cocktails and wines is served in the lounge bar of the Cascada Swiss Quality Hotel. The rich breakfast buffet includes the Spanish Cava sparking wine. On Sundays breakfast is available until 11:00. Early risers can get a packed breakfast.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Half board costs CHF 50 per person per night.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years are charged CHF 15 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 16 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
