This renovated family hotel is located at the beginning of the old quarter and shopping district near the the famous lion monument. The Vierwaldstädter lake is only 200 metres away and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

Travel information

By Car: - From the motorway exit at Spital/Luzern/Emmen. - Drive towards Spital and then follow the signs for See/Zentrum. - You will arrive on Loewenplatz where you will find the Loewen shopping centre on your right-hand side by Starbucks. - The hotel is located on your right-hand side, just on the Museggstrasse/Zürichstrasse/Alpenstrasse street corner. By Public Transport: From the Railway station take bus number 1 towards Maihof. Exit after 4 stops at Loewenplatz and cross the double pedestrian crossing. Turn left and walk across the Loewen shopping centre. You will find the hotel just after Starbucks on the right-hand side on the street corner.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 1.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
