Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.35 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs CHF 17 per person per night.  Buffet breakfast costs CHF 27 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 12 years are charged CHF 35 per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 70 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.
