Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 at the Best Western Hotel Krone (about a 2 minute walk from Hotel Magic).

Check in must be done in the Hotel Best Western Krone, Weinmarkt 12. After 22:00, check in is in Hotel Balance, opposite this hotel.

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years are charged CHF 20 per night per person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
