Check in is in Hotel Best Western Krone, opposite at Weinmarkt 12. After 22.00 o'clock check in is in Hotel Balance, opposite of this hotel A night receptionist will be available in Hotel Balance The hotel does not offer a parking however you have the possibility to park in the area, in a garage or outdoors. It just 5 minutes on foot from the hotel. Cost are CHF 20 per day. You can find the parking in the Burgerstrsse. You can get the information how to get to the garage at the reception. The hotel is not accessible for disabled people.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20.00 per night and person for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
