Located next to the railway station, business and shopping areas and built in 1898 in new baroque style, the 73 renovated rooms provide comfortable accommodation. Area information The hotel is located just a few steps away from the harbour, the famous Chapel-bridge and the old town of Lucerne. Also within walking distance is the lion monument, the traffic museum and several shopping possibilities. Travel information The important airports are located 60 kilometres (Zürich) or 110 kilometres (Basel) from the hotel. Both can be reached by train in a 1 to 2 hours ride. Car drivers simply take exit “Lucerne centre” and follow the signs to the train station. The hotel is situated on the right side before the train station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
