Travel information You are allowed to park your car in front of the hotel entrance during the check-in and -out. After that, please park it either in the blue/white zone (tickets at the hotel reception), in the parking garage Kesselturm or the parking garage at the railway station. Please be advised to turn your ticket - right after buying it - into a long stay ticket (seasonal ticket), so the ticket is getting cheaper.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. CHF 2.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10 per stay for cots. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged CHF 25 per night per person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged CHF 45 per night per person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
