At least 24 hours before day of arrival. For cancellation within 24 hours, 1 night will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Travel information

Lucerne is located in the heart of Switzerland and is easily reached from the A2 highway (Basle - Gothard - Milan). Leave the highway at the "Luzern Zentrum" exit if you are arriving from the north, or "Luzern Süd" if you are arriving from the south. In the city, follow the signs to "Küssnacht" or "Verkehrshaus". Bus stop in front of the hotel (Bus Nr. 6 + 8), journey to the centre of the city lasts 5 minutes, busses run frequently. The centre of the city is within walking distance, lovely walk along the lake side promenade, 10 minutes.
