The Alpin Express cable car is an 8-minute walk away from the Artemis B&B. From 11 June to 31 October 2010 you can use all cable cars (summer ski excluded) and the public bus in the Saas valley free of charge.

Travel information

Private car travelleres from the north approach via Bern through the Loetschberg (railway car ferry), from the east and the south through the Furka or the Simplon. From western Switzerland you reach Saas-Fee via Vevey/Martigny/Sierre. Travelleres by rail reach the Saas valley via Brig or Visp and change into the post-car with direct destination Saas-Fee/Post. Your luggage will be collected and taken to the hotel free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 11 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
