Travel information

Car Automobilist from the north travel over Bern through the Lötschberg (train), from the east over the Furkapass (or also train), from the south over the Simplonpass. From the west part of Switzerland you reach Saas-Fee over Lausanne, Sierre and Visp Car Train Lötschberg From Kandersteg (North): daily ab 6.10 am every 30 Min. till 11.10 pm (first Train 5.10 am; last Train 12.00 pm) From Goppenstein (south): daily from 6.10 am every 30 Min. till 11.10 pm (first train 5.40 am; last train 12.00 pm) During weekends they run every 15 Minutes Travellers by train change in Brig or Visp in a PTT Bus direct "Saas-Fee". There are Buses every hour till 08.15 pm departing Brig or 08.29 pm Visp. We will pick you up at the PTT station or by the car park with our electric taxi. Please call with the free of charge phones by the tourist office or parkhouse.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 35 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.  CHF 1.50 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 16 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 40.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 25.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
