Travel information

Travelers arriving by train should change in Brig or Visp and take the bus marked with "Saas-Fee". Connections exists every hour until 8.05 p.m. from Brig or until 8.23 p.m. from Visp. New: direct shuttle bus Goppenstein to Saas-Fee on Saturday (to book in advance). Luggage may be checked-in at home and be reclaimed at Saas-Fee's bus station. Travellers arriving by car from northern Switzerland pass by Berne and Lötschberg (car train), from eastern and southern Switzerland you pass Furka or Simplon. Arriving from western Switzerland you pass Lausanne and drive along the valley of the river Rhone until Visp.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs CHF 25 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
