Travel information

Travelers arriving by train should change in Brig or Visp and take the bus for Saas-Fee. Buses run every hour until 20:15 from Brig or until 20:29 from Visp. New: direct shuttle bus from Goppenstein to Saas-Fee on Saturday (to book in advance). Luggage may be checked-in at home and be reclaimed at Saas-Fee's bus station.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
