Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 3.70 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years is charged CHF 35.00 per night in a baby cot.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged CHF 80.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 13 to 16 years is charged CHF 95.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 125.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
