Darioli Swiss Quality HotelThe Hotel Darioli is a family hotel built in 1964 by Gaston & Annie Darioli-Graven. Since 1989, it's owned by their daughter Marie-Thérèse. It is a small hotel with 24 unique rooms. The property has been renovated recently and is located in the center of Zermatt.

Hotel details

Zermatt is a place where no cars are allowed, therefor no parking. However there is the city Täsch where you ca park the car. here is a large parking place at the trainstation. From the Station you can take the train to Zermatt. There is internet in the hotel on the first floor. It is free of charge for hotelguests. You need to get a password from the reception to use the internet. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. The hotel is equipped for disabled people.

Food & Beverages

We do have a hotel bar on the first floor, where you can enjoy an aperitiv or a cocktail. There are two restaurants on the ground floor. Try grilled meat or fish in the Grill Room “Le Gitan” or meet the locals in the “Zermatterstübli”, while you are eating some typical Swiss food.

Zermatt is easily accessible from many European destinations and within 4-5 hours of both Geneva and Zurich Airports. Train via Brig - Visp Valley- Taesch. Motorists can drive as far as Teasch, from where trains and minibus taxis operate a shuttle service for the remaining 3 miles to Zermatt. Distance from Zurich or Geneva: 250 km/ 155 miles. Zermatt has a heliport, which is operated by Air Zermatt. The Glacier Express: This first-class train connects Zermatt with St. Moritz via Chur, Andermatt and Brig.
