The one-time fee for the final cleaning is not included in the room rate: - Apartment: CHF 80 (CHF 40 if you stay only for 1 night) - Studio: CHF 50 (CHF 25 if you stay only for 1 night). Although there is no reception at La Perle you can check in directly at the apartment house! Please contact the reception at the Astoria hotel via the direct telephone line before you check out and also for any question you might have!

Travel information

Arrival by car: - The public road ends at Täsch (6 km from Zermatt). - In Täsch you board the shuttle train which runs between 06:00 and 23:30 every 20 minutes. The Zermatt railways offer trolleys for transporting your luggage from your car to the train. You can park your car either on the public car park next to the station at Täsch or at the underground car parks of the private taxi companies. You can also take a taxi to Zermatt (taxi stand at the entrance to the village). Arrival by train: The hotel offers you a pick-up service from Zermatt train station at an additional cost. Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. (Please note that this service is not available in the evenings.)

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CHF 18 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged CHF 30 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
