Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit Policy
No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is included.
Meal Plan
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Half board costs CHF 40 per person per night.
Half board costs CHF 30 per night per child under 16 years.
Half board costs CHF 20 per night per child under 11 years.
Half board is free of charge for children up to 5 years.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
