Start your day with the varied breakfast buffet in our conservatory, with its exclusive atmosphere. Our sun terrasse and even your room present the most fantastic perspectives. You will enjoy the unabstracted view to the majestic and most famous mountain, the MATTERHORN. The “Old Zermatt“ mixed bar and grill will cater to all your desires.

If you are planning to arrive later then 19:00, please inform the hotel prior to arrival. Please note: the hotel has changing cancellation policies, depending on the seasons: High season, (December-April) Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge Medium season, (Juli-August) Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge Low season, (Mai-June, September-November) Cancellations up to 3 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Whether you need ski-clothing, snowboards, sunglasses or a mountain bike our sports shop, Slalom Sport, has everything. As a hotel guest you can profit from a special reduction. Pick-up service: Free of charge on your arrival in Zermatt at the railway station from 8 am to 7 pm.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged CHF 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
