Head waitress Dana Krüger, together with head chef Markus Aichhorn and sous chef Martin Feuerecker, make it their personal responsibility to ensure your comfort and enjoyment in the restaurant A POINT. This brasserie-style restaurant welcomes you with its constant flow of new and exciting specialties, daily business lunches, Mediterranean cuisine and an eclectic wine selection with an emphasis on Italy. We look forward to seeing you, be it in the Restaurant A POINT, in the hotel bar, at a banquet, an outside catering event or for Sunday brunch.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed in the hotel for CHF 20 per day. The hotel is partly accessible for disabled people; hotelrooms, restaurant, bar, lobby, congress centre.

In the heart of Zug The Congress Center Metalli Zug is located in the middle of the city, opposite the Parkhotel Zug, only two minutes from the railway station, integrated in the Metalli Shopping Mall. The medieval town centre and the lakeside are within walking distance. Persons attending a conference which travel by car can use the underground parking for 700 cars.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 100 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
