From Airport: BEN Hotel bus City Hotels: Follow signs for "HOTELBUS". Every 30 minutes. CHF 25 to CHF 30. Train: To Zürich Main Station, than Tramway Number 10. Two Stops to "Haldenegg" From Highway N1: - (Airport, Bern, Basel, St. Gallen) Nordumfahrung "Milchbucktunnel" in the direction of the City - CENTRAL From Highway N3:(Chur, Luzern) - Head in the direction of the City - "Hauptbahnhof" - CENTRAL. - At CENTRAL follow signs for "Universitäts-Spital" The hotel has a private security parking garage, just 12 spaces. It costs CHF 26 per night, no possibility to reserve in advance, just on request to be put in the comments box. There is also parking possibilities nearby the hotel. Called: Oeffentliches Parkhaus URANIA, SIHLQUAI and GESSNERALLEE.

Next to railway station and University/ETH. Only five minutes walking distance (down hill) to Zurich's fashionable bank- and shoping area, the "Bahnhofstrasse". Nearest tramstop is the number 6 and 10 "Haldenegg" located in front of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
