Travel information

The complimentary Dolder shuttle bus operates between the city centre and the hotel (Monday to Friday). The City Hotel Bus runs every half hour between the airport and the hotel. Please make your reservation and get your tickets at least one hour prior to departure at the front desk. From the main railway station: - Tram no. 3 in direction Klusplatz - At Römerhof take the Dolder funicular to the Waldhaus (second station).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 22 per person per night. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 110 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
