Travel information

By bus: Use our SLS Limousinen Service Shuttle Bus from Bus-Station before Terminals A and B directly to the hotel. Leaves every 30 minutes (on the hour and every half) until 20:00. By car: - From Zurich follow the green signs towards "CHUR". - After you reach the highway A3, take the second exit to "ZÜRICH-WOLLISHOFEN". From the Zurich train station: Take Tram number 7 until the final "Wollishofen" station, Change to Bus number 184 until the second station, "Sunnau" (directly in front of the hotel).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 15.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
