It is located a few minutes from the airport and Zürich's fairs and exhibition halls and is around 15 minutes away from Zürich City. In the summer of 1996 the hotel and restaurant were completely renovated. As well as being close to local areas of interest the hotel has many facilities to offer. You can enjoy a meal and refreshment at the hotel's restaurant, and in the summer you can dine on the garden terrace. At the hotel you can take part in activities including swimming in the outdoor pool and bowling on one of the hotel's 6 lanes.

The hotel's restaurant Landhus is influence by Mediterranean cuisine and serves seasonal meals and beverages. The restaurant is open from 7:00 to midnight Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 to 23:00 on Sundays. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 Monday to Saturday and from 8:00 to 10:00 on Sundays.

Please notify during the booking process weather you require a parking space. We will do our best to reserve one for you.

Travel information

The Hotel Landhus is a few minutes from the main highway exits, as well as from the airport Kloten and the exhibition centre Zürich-Oerlikon. Zürich City and the airport can be easily reached by tram or bus. A shuttle-bus to the airport is also available.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 30.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
