Travel information

The hotel does not have private parking facilities. Parking facilities are located a 5-minutes walk from the hotel and cannot be reserved in advance. From Zurich main station: 15-minute walk or - Tram number 4 in the direction of Tiefenbrunnen - Get off at the Helmhaus stop. - Cross the road. - The next street on your left side is Rössligasse. From the airport take the train to the main station and proceed as indicated above (20 minutes).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 20 per night per person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 45 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
