Travel information

By air: - The hotel's own shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 05:35 to 23:35 from the hotel to the airport. It can be boarded at arrival terminal 2 at the airport and is free for guests. - Taxis are also available. By train from Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station): - Take the S-Bahn train S7 in the direction of Winterthur - Alight at Opfikon, which is the third stop - Follow the station exit signs for Schaffhauserstrasse and turn right - The NH Zurich Airport Hotel is 100 metres on your left.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast costs CHF 30 per person per night.  American breakfast is free of charge for children up to 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 70 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
