If cancelled up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 80 per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
