We are situated just a few minutes from the nearest tram stop, giving you a quick connection to the main railway station and downtown Zurich. If you are arriving by car, there is convenient parking in the hotel underground garage. If you are using public transport, take tram No. 6, Terminus Zoo (from Bahnhofstrasse in the direction of the zoo).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is not included and costs CHF 12.50 per person.  Breakfast is not included and costs CHF 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 70.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
