Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 2.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 8 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 9 to 12 years are charged CHF 50 per night per person for extra beds. All children from 13 to 18 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.
