We can easily organise day trips to the many highlights of the area including Aphrodisias, Laodikya, Kaklik and Ephesus and have a wealth of extra information on culture, traditions and other travelling within Turkey from the multi lingual owners.

Area information

Our hotel is just a 400m walk from the traventines of Pamukkale. Buses run regularly from all main cities to Denizli, the closest town to Pamukkale. Small buses called Dolmus, run directly from the Denizli bus station to Pamukkale, departing every 15mins from 6.45am to 11pm daily. Denizli also has train station, with connecting services to Selcuk or Istanbul and Turkish airlines fly from Istanbul to Denizli airport daily.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

8 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 14 per night per person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
