If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  All children from 7 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
