Address Thames St OX14 3JA Abingdon/Oxford		Travel information With a large car park nearby and its primary location near the town centre, together with excellent communication routes to Oxford and surrounding towns, the Upper Reaches hotel offers a great base for both business and leisure. By Car: - Follow the A34. - Leave at the junction for Abingdon. - Follow the signs towards the town centre. - When you reach the town you will be forced into a one-way system. - Follow signs for the A415 to Dorchester. - After breaking away from the one-way system on the way out of town, you will find the hotel in Thames street, on the left-hand side just before the bridge crossing the River Thames.
Area information Built from Abingdon Abbey's old corn mill, located on an island on the Thames, the Upper Reaches Hotel is ideal for visits to the 16th Century Abingdon Abbey, Blenheim Palace or the universities of Oxford - or simply fish from the hotel's grounds. Some excellent fishing is available either on the Thames or the Millstream, which features a rather large Pike. The Millstream is also a great area for viewing the resident Kingfisher and other waterfowl. During the summer season, there is nothing better than travelling down the river on a Salter Brothers Boat to Abingdon from Oxford and staying in the hotel, which is located opposite the landing stage.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
