If guests smoke in their rooms, the guest house may charge up to one night's accommodation as a penalty. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival if they are due to arrive after 20:00. Travel information
Coming into Ambleside you go through the traffic lights and follow the oneway system round the town in effect you actually go back on yourself. Lakes Lodge is on your right and the car park is at the side and to the rear.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
No deposit will be charged.
17.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
